Refund policy

We aim to have all packages out our door within 1-3 business days. We currently only ship in Canada.

Some exclusions apply (i.e. large/ heavy items) These items have a notation in their listings. Some oversized items need to ship alone and have an oversized shipping charge. If one of these items is included in your order please note, that we may contact you regarding shipping fees.

We know shopping online sometimes can be difficult and hope you love your purchase. We have limits on what can be returned and how. Please read and ask questions before your purchase to avoid disappointment.

Orders can also be picked up in-store. Please choose Store Pickup at checkout. You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready.

You have 10 days upon receipt to return your item for exchange or store credit.

Although some items are considered final sale.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept the return of items in the exact condition in which it was received. Please contact us within 10 days to receive the return address information. The buyer remains responsible for the costs of returning any item. Please package the item in the manner it was sent to you. Damages in transit of return items are the customers' responsibility and result in loss of credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal or sale items as well as  gift cards.

Your return will be processed in the form of a gift card [store credit].

This credit never expires and will be available to use at your discretion.
