Birdie Tweats has been Cornell NestWatch, and Lab tried and approved. All the material is in its natural organic state, as we have gathered it from the rural landscape of Northern Michigan, packaged in a vegan, non-GMO plant material bag that's chemical-free and compostable.

Our sheep are humanely cared for and their wool is handled organically from sheep to shelf. The Merino wool is naturally mould, mildew, dust mite resistant, water repellent, and fire retardant. If it gets wet, it dries quickly and re-fluffs. Merino wool breathes, keeping Birdie's body temp cool in summer and warm in winter.
