Cheesy Mushroom Dip
Regular price $5.49Cheesy Mushroom dip the name describes it that well, whole chunks of dehydrated mushroom add to the texture and enjoyment. Easy to prepare and serve either as a Baked Dip or classic Chilled Dip.
Makes 2.5 cups (20 oz) / Net weight 11 g (0.39 oz)
All you need:
- Cheesy Mushroom Dip mix (included)
-½ pkg (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (½ cup) real mayonnaise
- 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream
- 180 g (3/4 cup) gruyere or emmental cheese, shredded (or your preferred Swiss cheese)
All you do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese with Cheesy Mushroom Dip mix and stir until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and ½ cup gruyere, mix well. Transfer to oven proof dish, top with ¼ cup gruyere and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden on top.
For vegan-friendly alternative:
Substitute mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese with vegan alternatives, cheese with plant-based vegan shreds.
